I am a returning customer and have always had polite interactions when I need to ask questions.
Currently, they have a deal going on where if you donate a coat, you can get 20% off a new coat--it doesn't say when this deal ends. I went up to ask, they told me it ends in December. I turn to walk away and I heard them make a joke about my question.
Not only will I not donate my coats to them or their partnership, I will not be shopping there any more.
